For hygiene and safety reasons, used beauty devices, skincare-related accessories, opened items, or products that have been in direct contact with the skin may not be eligible for return unless there is a confirmed quality issue.
Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, opened, damaged, or altered by the customer.
Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
Products returned beyond the return period.
Items damaged due to misuse, improper operation, unauthorized repair, or failure to follow instructions.
Personal care and beauty devices that have been opened or used, unless there is a verified product defect.

Please do not send the product back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. The customer is responsible for ensuring the item is securely packed for return shipping.
Return Shipping Cost
If the return is caused by a product quality issue, incorrect item, or shipping damage confirmed by our team, we will provide a suitable solution according to the case.
If the return is requested for personal reasons, such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect.
Refunds
